Leading and managing an in-house pensions team is an increasingly complex and time consuming business. A lot of reliance has to be placed on staff to do their jobs, work as a team and highlight potential areas of concern, all within an environment of constant legislative and regulatory change. So ensuring that pension teams are fully aware of the latest scheme benefits, administrative procedures and legal changes requires an ongoing programme of training and development.
Likewise, Trustees are required to maintain their Knowledge and Understanding (TKU).
Isinglass can provide a detailed ‘gap analysis’ of pension team and Trustee knowledge, skills and experience. We can then design and deliver bespoke training programmes to address any shortfalls.
In terms of delivery we are able to utilise the latest in technology to deliver face to face and online training sessions. Our aim is to always provide a high level interactivity and some entertainment, so that training sessions are seen as both valuable and enjoyable.
We are able to utilise standard materials to increase efficiency, but always fully supplemented by bespoke content to ensure that sessions are relevant to the audience.
